Paid Parking (~$12) is available on Grant just east of the capitol or on Sherman and 13th. There is also metered parking within a few blocks of the capitol for $1.00 per hour - coins or credit card, but make sure you park at a meter that has at least a two hour limit. You may be able to find free street parking within 4 or 5 blocks of the capitol.
Enter on the south side of the capitol at the ground level and go through security. Go right around the rotunda and you'll see House Committee Rooms (HCR) between the elevators.
Lunch is provided for legislators and staff.
